MZ Trends believes in the complete satisfaction of the customers. Hence, in some cases, if the customer is willing to exchange and return the purchased Product then MZ Trends welcomes such customers with the warmth of assurance and satisfaction. Therefore, in Pakistan, your purchased product can be easily replaced and returned to us within ten working days (excluding Sunday and other officially announced holidays) via Trax courier. However, there are certain conditions mentioned below, on the basis of these conditions you can claim to have your product replaced, returned or you can ask for a refund.
Conditions for Returns
As MZ Trends always seek for the easement of customers. Therefore, we made it easier for the customers to have a comprehensible return policy. However, there are certain conditions on the basis of which the product can be returned or replaced easily.
- Unused Products
The foremost condition for the exchange/return of any product is its ‘seal packed’ guarantee. The gadgets you once bought from MZ Trends and in any case of change of mind you want to return it then it should not be used and should be returned to us without any flaws and defects.
- Tags Must be intact
The gadgets must include the original tags, accessories, freebies, user manual, and warranty cards. Hence, the product should be returned to MZ Trends with all its accessories given or else in case of missing of any accessory, the product will not be returned or exchanged with other ones.
- Manufacturer’s Packaging
The gadgets you bought from MZ Trends should be returned to the company in the same original packaging as it is given to you. There must be the manufacturer’s packaging along with a shipping label attached to the product. Do not put any sort of tape/adhesive or stickers to the original package you want to return/exchange.
- Order Number/Tracking Number
To avoid any inconvenience in the easy return or exchange of the product, it is essential to indicate the order number and tracking number on the return parcel.
“MZ Trends reserves the right to send the returned product back if the product is found in an inadequate condition. Whereas, if the return is rejected, it will be sent back to the buyer within three days”.
- Defective Product
Misfortune knocks suddenly but very seldom in MZ Trends. However, if you find your product as damaged, defective or incomplete at the time of delivery. So, please don’t wait anymore to file a return request on our website within 14 days of purchase.
